5. Can I cancel or reschedule my scheduled audit and what are the consequences?
If a Risk management audit is canceled within a period of 29 to 15 working days before the start, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If an audit is canceled after this period, or if the customer stakeholder(s) do not show up, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations and shifts can only be made in writing (by letter or e-mail) and must be in our possession for the above periods. In case of special circumstances, Lesterius can deviate in a positive way from this regulation, all this at the discretion of Lesterius. We also accept substitutes for registered stakeholders who cannot attend.
If there is insufficient interest, you will be given the choice to participate in a subsequent training or get your money back.
Lesterius is not liable for costs or damage resulting from the cancellation of a training.
